Meet the Team

Chairperson of the Board
Lynn Kuehn
Founder of ‘Partners In Restoration,’ Lynn was born in Sendai Japan, where she was raised in a culturally immersed home. Her passion is to help diverse stakeholders work together to serve the world, one community at a time.

Secretary of the Board
Linda Sanders
Linda was born in Idaho and moved to California at a young age. She has had a lifelong interest in international humanitarian aid. Being retired, she is now free to use her project management and organizational skills to help spread her passion around the world.

Treasurer of the Board
Minglan Keener
Born in Shanghai, Minglan came to the US for graduate studies. She currently serves as the treasurer and manages all domestic and international finances. Her passion is to reach out to international students, and to use her financial skills to fulfill the vision of PIR.

Charles Kuehn
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Chuck brings his analytical and management skills to the table. He tracks and analyzes information and data so that effective planning can be done. As the spouse of Lynn, his dedication to PIR is invaluable.

Jeff Lee
Jeff was born in South Korea and immigrated in grade school to California with his family. He has had a lifelong interest in international humanitarian aid. Together with his wife Clara, he has supported numerous non-profits around the world.

Director of Development
Roshin Sam
Roshin is a mission-driven healthcare management professional from Kerala, India. He has academic background in medical social work, theology, and holds an MBA in Hospital & Health System Management. He brings extensive experience in establishing strategic alliances between faith-based organizations, healthcare institutions, and development agencies for the formation of community health initiatives.
